I am absolutely thrilled for this Episode!

Colleen Kavanagh is the CEO of a healthcare benefits startup focused on better integrating complementary and alternative wellness practices. Colleen focuses a lot of her time on how to reduce stress and increase connection, and she shared so many thoughtful practices that she incorporates into her everyday! We talk about how splitting the load with her partner has made a huge impact on her daily stress, how she microdoses creativity, and the importance of intentional connection with friends and community.
