Episode 27
I am so excited for you to hear this week’s episode with Lindsay Cadigan. Lindsay is the Director of Events for Boston Magazine, author of the Children’s Book Betty the Confetti Yeti, and mom of twin 6yo boys! Lindsay shares how she came to write a children’s book (and wants everyone to write one now), how her boys have become her focus group, and how her mornings with them are her favorites. Lindsay is honest about the goal of having dinner together not always happening, and how she is not naturally organized and needs to have systems to stay organized. We chat about the importance of making special time with girlfriends and giving grace when you’re all busy.
This conversation with Lindsay was so refreshing. Thank you so much to Lindsay for being a guest on the podcast - you can follow along at @theconfetticadigan and order the book at theconfettiyeti.com. My kids giggled their way through it - what kid doesn’t love confetti?

Good Stuff Spotlight: The Confetti Foundation is a 501(c)3 with a mission, to supply birthday parties to children spending their birthdays in the hospital, pediatric oncology clinic, or hospice. The hope is that the kids and their families will be able to shift focus and celebrate. While not a cure, it’s a reminder that every kid deserves to be celebrated. The Confetti Foundation partners with hospitals and birthday fairies all over the US. To learn more and to donate, you can go to confettifoundation.org. Lindsay’s children’s book character Betty the Confetti Yeti knows how important celebrations are, and I am happy to share this organization with you.
